Christian was called to the Bar, and joined Anthony Mason Chambers, in 2023 after 16 years of solicitor practice, including 8 years as principal of his own practice Haebich Law. 

From 2008 to 2021 Christian was also a Teaching Associate at the University of Adelaide Law School (teaching in contract law, civil procedure, and the law of evidence); and from 2017 to 2020 he was the Course Co-ordinator for the Civil Litigation Unit in the Law Society’s GDLP course. 

Christian is an accredited mediator and may be engaged to act as a mediator in all areas of law.
